Psalm 78:4-7 (New International Version)
4 We will not hide them from their children;
we will tell the next generation
the praiseworthy deeds of the LORD,
his power, and the wonders he has done.
5 He decreed statutes for Jacob
and established the law in Israel,
which he commanded our forefathers
to teach their children,
6 so the next generation would know them,
even the children yet to be born,
and they in turn would tell their children.
7 Then they would put their trust in God
and would not forget his deeds
but would keep his commands.

Dear Ann,
Thank you so much for the opportunity to share withs and sisters and especially
the children of Malacca and Malaysia! It was an awesome time for us!
This is what I shared with some ppl who have been praying for us and our time in Malacca:
Thanks so much for your prayers for me over the weekend, for the verses some of you
released as well. God hears our prayers and answers them!
David Leong, Gwen D’Rozario and myself had a meaningful time of ministry with the
Malaysians, who came not only from Malacca, but from several parts of the country, viz
Kluang,Muar,Kajang and Malacca too. We taught the children how to hear from the Lord,
teaching them the Lord’s prayer as well. We ran a workshop for the adults too, imparting
the vision of children in prayer to them. We had about 100+ ppl attending
(children and adults) During the journaling time(the kidsare taught to journal after the time
of listening to the Lord), many of the children drew gardens in bloom
– reminded me of the prayers and verses released for the seeds tobe planted
that will bear fruit in His good time!
A little 8 year old girl from Indonesia, broke down in tears as she interceded for her unsaved
relatives in Indonesia.A 6 year old boy from Muar expressed a desire amd a prayer to go to
Bible School! Praise God for the future pastors and evangelists, intercessors and missionaries
that will arise from this group of children! The time at Wesley Malacca was very good too.
My father had studied at ACS Malacca in the 1950’s and I’ve heard his stories of his school
days, how he had helped build the physical church building and also the basketball court at
the school (which is where Wesley Malacca is located. The whole plot of land houses the
church, the ACS and MGS schools and the hostel for girls and another for the boys).
It felt like ‘homecoming’ for me to be able to worship in this church
(and such a privilege to speak there!) – they took me on a drive round the school campus,
so I got to see the basketball court too) Meeting my dad’s old school friends was a
special moment. Thru fellowship with brothers and sisters there, found out that for about
15 years or more, chapel has been disallowed in ACS and MGS Malacca.
They are trying to get it back into the schools. Do remember them in prayer
about this, so that generations of students going thru these schools will have the
opportunity to hear God’s Word in their schools. The purposes of the Lord stand firm forever!
May His plans for future and hope continue to unfold for our brothers and sisters,
and the children in Malaysia! Thanks again for your partnership in prayer!
We have been so blessed with new friends we have made : Thank you Michael and Bee Bee
for your generous hospitality - we have been so well fed and well housed, right in the middle
of Jonker area where all the action is!
Thank you Jeffrey for the lovely dinner(which you didn't get to eat :)
Thanks Rachel for taking care of us at City Praise! And thanks too Joshua for making all the
arrangements for us for the speaking engagements.
Hope to meet you one day!
Ann - please convey our love to the youth : Samuel, Shirley, David, Genesis (
I should have written his name in the beginning :), Caleb, Susan, Esther, Charlene.
We will continue the friendships thru facebook :) and much more, through our prayers for
all of you! We look forward to serving together with you, in partnership and in prayer for
future CIP events, whether in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia or whever the Lord
may lead us!
Much love in Christ,
Fung Fong

Dear Ps Ann and your amazing group of Kajang team of young men and ladies
Thank you for the tremendous privilege for us to be a part of what God has begun and is continuing
to prosper in and through your labour of love in co-ordinating and organizing
Children in Prayer Workshops/Conference in Malaysia.
Thank you Ps Joshua for arranging for me to preach at Taman Asean Methodist Church on Sun morning.
I was honoured to be fetched by their LCEC Chairman, brother K.C. Poo. I had a wonderful time speaking on
“That My Future Generations Will Trust God” based on Psalm 78:1-8 – more or less the same passage
of Scripture you have in your email below!
The worship leader – sister Felicia and musicians – Grace (pianist) and drummer (Joey) learned to sing and
play so well the special song “In whom I can trust” which I sent over via email.
Feedback from Susan Beh who drove half the worship team to Melaka !
